Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: Rakhibazaar.com believes in lending a hand to its customers as far as possible, & for that reason has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy and guideline:

• Cancellations will be taken into account or considered only if the request is made within 24-hours of placing an order. However, rakhibazaar.com is unable to cancel if the orders have been communicated to the merchants / vendors and they have set off the process of shipping them.


• There is no cancellation of requests and orders placed under the 'Same Day Delivery' category.


• We do not accept cancellation orders or requests for perishable items like eatables, flowers, etc. However, replacement or refund can be made if the purchaser finds that the quality of product shipped is not good.


• In case of non delivery of Courier products as well refunds will be done except in cases of adverse climatic conditions, any sort of area blockage and other such conditions.


• Extra charge for Non delivery of gifting products with ‘Midnight delivery’ and ‘Fixed Time delivery’ is refundable except in the cases of adverse climatic conditions, any sort of area blockage and other such conditions.

Problems with an Order:
At rakhibazaar.com we make every attempt to make sure you get excellent service. If at any time, you encounter problems with an order. Please inform us and let us know in case if you see that the product received is not as depicted on the website as per your expectation. You must bring it to our customer service's notice within 24 hours of getting the product.

• In case if you have complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer such issues to them.
  

Refund Policy:
If for some unexpected reasons, your product appears damaged in any way, please contact our customer service at info@rakhibazaar.com immediately. Please do include all important details on your order together with a photograph, order number & your contact details. Requests regarding refunds should be made within 1 day of delivery or shipment date. Refund can occasionally take up to 31 days to take effect. If refund is processed due to any unexpected reason we shall be liable to refund the full monetry value only. We will not be responsible for any other loss occurred like emotional or time loss.
